  1. I think we could all learn a thing or two here. I'm not 7 any more but chocolate is still the holy grail :-)

  3. 7th Heaven, that's what it is.

When I was about 6 my main desire in life was to learn to swim. I loved Johnny Weismuller's Tarzan films and he was a great swimmer. If I was ever going to get to live in his jungle house I would have to be able to swim in his lake and rivers.

Taught myself, gradually, in the small swimming bath in Croydon. After a few weeks, just by watching other kids trying to swim, I made it. Swam a width of the pool (about 16 feet or so).

If only we could still feel and act like a 7 year old. Ahh, wouldn't that be great.

My missus would say: "Well, you do, so what's new."

  4. Now I can follow that last one.

I laugh at the one about the water. Just at the cottage on the weekend the little ones kept swearing to their parents that the water was not too cold. They were wise to let them prove it and swim. Shivers or not, they had a blast.
