2020 Project 365 – Week Ten

Last week I promised a lot of crochet pictures. And I did crochet almost every day, but luckily for you I didn’t take pictures every day. I finished my project up today, but you’ll have to wait until next week to see the end result.
Sunday, March 1st
I looked down & realized that I was going 60 mph in a 45 zone. Oops!

Dr. M & I went on a little ramble & he bought me an early birthday cake! The daffys are from our yard.

Monday, March 2nd
Lunchtime meditation.

Dr. M made butternut squash & collard soup. It was good!

Tuesday, March 3rd – my birthday!                                             Things I did on my birthday: Voted for a woman for president, touched my face every time I read an article that said to wash your hands & don’t touch your face, ate a healthy lunch, got squished, ate birthday cake. It was a good day!

Wednesday, March 4th
This is the only picture I took today, and I have no idea why or what was going on. I do look awfully pleased with myself.

Thursday, March 5th
I got presents from a friend in Germany!

Friday, March 6th
Things I bought with my birthday money: A bar of Cheerwine soap, a Diet Sundrop, a livermush sandwich, and yarn!

Saturday, March 7th
It’s spring in our yard!

I ended up skipping church again today. It wasn’t because of the time change – I got up in plenty of time & got completely ready, even ate breakfast. But I didn’t feel good & decided to be cautious since I wasn’t sure what was wrong. No I don’t think I have the coronavirus – but I might have some sort of bug. Or maybe I’m being my usual drama queen self. Stay tuned! How are you doing this weekend?

  1. We have skipped church too many times lately. Your spring flowers are lovely.

  2. I'm fighting off a nasty cold bug that had me miss two-days of work last week. Went to the doctor but he didn't mention anything about coronavirus.

  3. Ooohhh... Forsythia! And lots of wonderfulness for your birthday! Well, maybe not the squish, but so it goes. Dr. M's soup looks wonderful. Are those chickpeas I see? I need to make something healthy, too.

I threw responsibility and etc. to the winds and went off this weekend to look for wildflowers. I found some, too. I also ate Ritz crackers and peanut butter and tangerines in a motel, and watched television. Now I remember why I don't have a television!

  5. Happy Birthday again! It looked like a good week AND CAKE!

The salad, however, was what caught my eye in particular. It really looked good to me.

So jealous of your Signs Of Spring. We are having lots of milder days, and I have no reason to complain. I am merely Impatient (as usual).

  6. It looks like a great week. I'm amazed at how fast your hands move when you're crocheting. You're the happy hooker!!!
