I LOVE that. I tried doing that with our tree in the front yard every day during fall to catch the color change... that was the year that it was so warm, no leaves changed color. Leaves hung on the tree till November & nothing changed. They just all dropped off in one day. So much for that project
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! The change from April to May is dramatic, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. I wish I could see the video.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you can't - I wonder why? :(
DeleteI will say that I had to click on the play button twice for it to work.
DeleteOh, wow!!! I got it to work. Very cool. Big changes from April to May and from November to December. Glad I tried again.
DeleteI've had that idea about the native pecan at the back of my property or the cotton field at the end of the street (planted with corn this year) but never followed through. amazing that it went leafless to fully leafed out from one picture to the next.
ReplyDeleteWow! What a great project.
ReplyDeleteInteresting idea. How long will you continue this project?
ReplyDeleteI stopped the monthly pictures, but I think I'll start taking a picture every day this month to show the leafing out - & then again in the fall.
DeleteWay cool! I've something similar with a tree, back when we lived in New York. A picture every day to show the leaves come out. I'm looking forward to your daily pictures!
