First, I'd like to talk about my funeral experience today. The singing was fine – I'm no Susan Boyle, but I'll do. When we...

RUDE!!!
ReplyDeleteLOL... I was trying to figure out how it was 63 outside and then the wind chill -8... Wow, I might need to learn how to read!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Sorry, but you really did make me laugh. That sort of thing happens in our household...often.
DeleteStay warm and drive safely Dana and Michael. I enjoyed these winter survival/routine pictures of a sepia Ohio January. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWe're trying, Linda! You take care, too.
DeleteMinus 8?! Yeesh.
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty rough, Steve, and getting worse over the weekend :-(
DeleteWhen time and temp coincide.
ReplyDeleteWould you believe that was accidental? Kind of freaked out by it, in retrospect :-)
DeleteNow that's one cold morning. I remember them from our days in WI and don't miss them one little bit.
ReplyDeleteThis is just a taste of what it's like in WI and MN, thankfully. But it is so cold it HURTS.
DeleteI don't envy you. We have had an unusal winter. Hardly any snow to speak of and the Temp hasn't been bad. Now that I have said that the other shoe will drop.
ReplyDeleteI think we're on our third or fourth shoe drop, and it's not even February. Maybe we'll have an early Spring up here?
DeleteThat's pretty darn cold. But I do love the sepia tone pf your photographs. Gives the subject matter extra gravitas.
ReplyDeleteShe did great with these! I like the word "gravitas"...
DeleteOh, whine, whine, whine! It's 50 degrees here at nearly 7 p.m.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding you. But I grew up in North Dakota, 50 miles south of Canada. Up there, it got COLD!
I know you know what COLD is, Bruce! We are getting a taste of it, but only a taste.
DeleteI'm gonna make some tea now to warm me up....*shivers*
ReplyDeleteMmmmm...hot tea :-)
DeleteNuff said! Now for 85 and flip flops!
ReplyDeleteI second that!
Deleteand you endure this year after year?
ReplyDeleteSometimes I think we are modern-day flagellants...
Delete...love the shoes!! Just cos I don't write ...it don't mean I don't read! Ever faithful!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Gerry...glad you keep up, and good to hear from you!
DeleteBrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....love how you've captured it with images alone. Don't know how you don't just burrow down and hibernate until spring!
ReplyDeleteWe WANT to! This coming week is going to be worse...
DeleteNope, I can't do negative numbers. Y'all stay warm.
ReplyDeleteS
Thank you, my friend! More negative numbers to come...ugh.
DeleteJust your great pictures made me cold.
ReplyDeleteWhat's funny is that even though we took them, and even though we live here, our pictures make US cold!
DeleteShakes and shivers, it's cold there. Stay warm if you can.
ReplyDeleteI hate to think what our fuel bill is going to be. Good news is that I look fine in flannel and Carhartt, lol!
