Throwback Thursday
My crazy bedroom (the carpet was red, two walls had this LOVELY wallpaper & two were yellow, & my comforter was blue - ha!). I was 14 - and obviously thought well of myself.
I'd love to know what those books are in the bottom right. I've tried to sharpen the image but I can't really make it out.

I'd go nuts if I had that wallpaper in my bedroom. But you sure look cute.
ReplyDeleteI had similar wallpaper in my bedroom. I think three walls were mostly yellow and one was mostly red. What were we thinking in the 70's?
ReplyDeleteWell, we weren't...our parents were.
Looks like a big 'ol quilt. A very colorful big 'ol quilt. :)

That is some wild wallpaper. I used to have a bedspread that looked like a big yellow quilt. It was the era!
ReplyDeleteWho had to hang that wallpaper. I remember the wall paper in my bedroom had huge blue roses climbing on trellises. Blue roses? You look so cute and you're dress is compatible with the color scheme.
ReplyDeleteMy mother would say, "How did you ever get to sleep in that room?" I bet you loved it.
ReplyDeleteI love it! You are so cute. The wallpaper is a bit much.
ReplyDeleteI was gonna ask, who picked out that wallpaper!
ReplyDeleteI had a little boxed set of reference books (dictionary, thesaurus, etc.) that looked so much like those books. I wonder if that is what you might have there.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the 60's.
